Registration does not mean final acceptance to the training program.

If you want to cancel the registration on the certificate programs, an application must be submitted to Tharwah Company at least 10 working days prior to the session. The company has the right to accept or reject the cancellation.

If you want to cancel the registration request for one of Tharwah’s programs other than the approved professional programs, you must submit an application to Tharwah company at least 5 working days before the session. The company has the right to accept or reject the cancellation.

Tharwah reserves the right to cancel any training course or change its date, and trainees will be informed of this within a period of no less than 5 working days.

Tharwah commits to pay customers back in case the training course is canceled by us or in the event that seats are not available, and we also reserve the right to confirm registration according to registration requests and seat availability.

Tharwah Company has the right to document training programs through photography, video.

The trainee must attend at least (75%) of the training hours allocated for the course in which he\she is registered.

In case of absence, the trainee loses the right to demand a refund unless an official excuse is presented, and the company reserves the right to accept or reject the excuse.
